About Ashley Wear, CPNP-PC

Ashley Wear, CPNP-PC, is a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with a clinical background in both neonatal intensive care and pediatric primary care. 

 

Ashley earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Jacksonville State University. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing degree at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2023. Ashley soon after obtained her certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care.

 

She began her career in the NICU, where she developed a strong foundation in caring for medically complex infants. Today, Ashley brings the same attention to detail and family-centered approach to her work in primary care, supporting children and their families through every stage of development. Ashley is passionate about preventative care, developmental support, and building trusting relationships with families. Known for her caring demeanor, she works hard to ensure every child feels safe and heard in the clinical setting.

 

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys reading, spending time with her husband and children, and relaxing by the lake.
