I phoned this morning to make an appointment and was able to get in this afternoon, to establish my toddler grandson as a new patient here today. It was an overall very pleasant experience. Hali has a very sweet and professional phone presence and is even sweeter in person. Stephanie is also very sweet, professional and patient. They were both very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with patience, and the visit went very well. The office is also very welcoming and bright and cheerful. I highly recommend this Pediatric Group.

Dr. Varner and her staff are AMAZING! They're super communicative and genuinely care about your child. I can't say enough good things! We're first time parents and have been completely at ease with Pediatric Care of Chelsea in our corner.

I first went here for a walk in appointment for my son for being sick. We just took our newborn there and have decided to switch to them instead of our other pediatrician. I felt as though our other pediatrician was trying to get us out of the office before we even walked in. Felt very rushed unlike this place. Heather is so kind and always has a smile on her face. She asked how my son was doing by his first name and he wasn’t even there! And Dr. Stephanie is so kind, understanding and makes you feel valid and what you say matters. Definitely highly recommend going here!!

This office has such a bright and happy atmosphere. Not many peds offices tend to have that anymore. I have 3 children and I finally feel like they are not just another checkbox on the schedule. The doctor and her team really and truly care and will sit and listen. They do not rush you and they want to make the experience for your child a happy one while they are there. What a breath of fresh air!

Being a first mom I can’t explain how happy I was to find Pediatric Care of Chelsea. My daughters had a widespread rash that’s continually gotten worse over the past 2 weeks. We went to her last doctor multiple times and they said it would go away on its own over and over to the point we had to go to the er. My friend recommended PCC to me and they were able to see us the same day! They made my daughter (who’s going through stranger anxiety) feel so comfortable. They were very thorough and took the time to figure out what’s going on with my daughter. They told us she’s actually having an allergic reaction and she’s now on the road to recovery! I can’t say it enough how much I love this practice! Never dismissed anything I had to say or any concerns I had.

I just had my son two weeks tomorrow, and the day after he was released from the nicu he had an appointment at this pediatrician office and everyone was so kind and welcoming. So glad I found a great pediatrician with a great atmosphere to take my son.

I was able to get my daughter a sick appt this morning as a new patient. Haley was so nice and we were barely in the office a few minutes before Dr. Stephanie got us back. She is very thorough and took the time to answer any questions and my 9 year old really liked her. We will be moving from our pediatrician in Alabaster to Pediatric Care of Chelsea.

Our 8 month old was sick and they were open and responsive! We were able to just walk in, fill out some paperwork, and get in and get out. Very pleased with our experience and the care that was given to our little man.

Very pleased with our first visit! The office is so clean, they saw us quickly, and the nurse practitioner took her time with my son, was so patient with him, and answered all of my questions.

The office is really clean and so far all the nurses and the doctor have been really sweet and understanding. I'm typically really skeptical of doctors but they have been so accommodating for our newborn!

Stephanie is absolutely amazing. She treats our son as if he were her own grandson and has done nothing but helped us with resources for his ASD.

Great with kids, patient/ kind with them and detailed on finding out whats going on! Clean facility and very nice professional staff. They make it much less dreadful going to a doctor with your child! I would recommend highly!
